Please tell me the best way to get a flat stomach. My exercise machines just work on my legs. I've got a mini stepper and I'm getting a cross trainer.

Help please. I have 5 stone to lose and I want to get a relatively flat stomach.

Hi Mark, some v good advice - thanks! Can you give me an idea of a weekly schedule for reducing body fat after having a baby (obv if all is well and 6-wk check OK)

a schedule you can do at home and fit around childcare...

thanks, Dinny

Ha ha! Tell me about it! I have my PT business, my blog, my forum, bit on here, twitter, other marketing areas etc etc, 2 young girls, and my wife often bemoans me for being on places that don't make money!!!

However, I don't mind helping people for free if a) they appreciate it b) they take your points on board, act on them, and want to change
hence commenting here / forum / blog etc etc.

Will be hard to give such advice without knowing bit of background on exercise/health/lifestyle/injuries/current body condition etc etc. You still breastfeeding?

I'm going to be release a fitness and fat loss ebook via my website in a couple of months, aimed at getting you fit and fat loss with bodyweight exercises. Check my PT site for updates and more info! www.markspt.co.uk

I've decided to take up cycling again. I used to do it alot when I was younger. It will help towards weight loss and I enjoy it.
