i have joined the gym recently and have being going a lot i want to lose about 2 stone i am not what anyone would call hugh but do carry weight ize 12/14.
i have lost abouut 7 lbs but seemed to put a few on i am concerned that it is turning to muscle.
i went to gym every day this week and last and sometimes twice or say a class and then the gym.
i want to make sure i am doing the right thing to lose weight first i am not going any weights just cardio.
