in just over 3 months!

this is what i want to lose on top of my recently lost stone!

dp's birthday near end of July(nothing special planned, just seemed a good target?)and hope to be 14st by then
at moment am struggling terribly...how can i do it????

if your anything like me you will be crap at diets.....
ive replaced everything in the cupboards:
Lurpak - Gold low fat spread
Bread - wholemeal pittas (limited ampount per day)
Milk Whole - Skimmed
coke (MMMMM) - diet coke
Crisps (my weakness) - potato heads

theres just a few...... am losing slowly
Started ww 2 weeks ago..... jacked it in already was bloody starving so opting for the healthy way of life

ive lost a stone in just over 2-3 weeks by cutting out foods im sensitive to. ive changed to soya milk, dairy free butter, no bread, no choc/biscuits etc, no yeast, just fruit, vegetables and grilled/poached fish and chicken.

how can i find if i sensitive to any food...of course other than chocolate

i went to a kinesiologist who did muscle resistance testing. This was after at least 5 visits to GP to request the same (but not forthcoming).

In addition, i have purposefully not done my normal 2 x 15 mins on cross trainer 5 times a week purely to see if it is the absence of foods that makes a difference and it seems to be the case
