Having failed to get into my local Pilates class which is fully booked months in advance I've decided to buy a DVD that I can do at home instead. Hoping I can do it three times a week during DS's naptime.
DS is now 4.5 months and I'm still wearing my maternity jeans. Should i get one that is specifially post-natal or is it safe to do the regular exercises now (had a VB so no worries re: scars etc).
