Can anyone reccomend a diet pill that works?

I am planning on exercising and eating healthy too but would like to boost that with something.

I used 'acti- slim' after DS2 but having actually read some reviews on it, it seems its crap so not keen on spending 50 quid on them again.

no lectures please
thanks x

Good God - MarkPT! Why are you writing on a thread like this where the poster has clearly stated no lectures? Are you on a personal crusade to help all the fatties out there??

Of course fat isn't bad - please don't be patronising, it's tedious. However, as you well know, following a low fat diet can lead to weight loss.

As can following a high fat diet, starving oneself, chopping off a limb, typing furiously in reply to patronising posters... the list goes on!

There's a thread in this section 'anyone lost weight through exercise?' - are you on it MPT? I think your help is needed there.

Correct Piscesmoon.

Don't worry I'm going there.
They are willing to listen, while you keep popping your pills and living a dream.

Lectures often include information worth listening to, but only if you don't have closed opinions.

Enjoy.

MarkPT - what a self righteous arse! Ha. So rarely does anyone outside of work make me sigh so much.

Fags, speed and coffee - ah, they were the days...
