I'm going to order a new shopping guide today and do it at home with no meetings etc?

I did it a year ago but I stopped after a while and I just wanted to know if anyone else is doing this successfuly?

Hi - I do ww with a weigh in at lunch times through work, no long meetings. Although I do have a ww leader who tuts when I gain! The best thing so far has been the e-source it explains all about switch and it has an online tracker and on line point calculator. Its yet another website to get addicted to! Take a look at weightwatchers.co.uk HTH come join us on ww board when you get started.

I've been doing ww at home since my friend gave me a photocopy of the foods points list. Don't go to any meetings, have no contact with them in fact - but it is going surprisingly well - probably as it gave me an excuse to buy new stationery and obsess about something which is actually good for me!

Hi, i've lost a stone by doing ww @ home, no meetings or scary group leaders!!! I think the loss has been slower than if i'd gone to meetings because i find it easier to cheat knowing i havent got to face the weekly weigh in! One thing i've learnt though is not to continually jump on the scales - i was paranoid and weighing myself every day! so now i just weigh myself once a week on the scales @ Boots. Goodluck
