So last week i started my healthy eating regime and today i am not happy at all

Have for the last week been eating healthily and reducing portions and prior to this i weighed myself.Today i weighed myself and i have gained 3 pound wtf???

I have to go out soon but i am hoping someone can shed some light on this.

I didn't exercise last week no as i had a cold.

sometimes what we think is healthy eating is actually worse for us because if you are substituting ready meals for low fat versions of the same things they often contain MORE sugar/fat/whatever than the original meal did!!

Cant be that as i eat fairly healthily anyway but christmas and birthdays combined i have lapsed and i am veggie so eat a lot of fruit and veg normally.
I eat too much which is why i cut back on my portions.

I've found cold's really fuck about with your system - sends your body into overdrive conserving fat

so I would give it a month before I looked further or tweaked your diet

I started slimming world after having DS (many moons ago) and put 4lb on in the first week. Gutted.

BUT - the lady holding the sessions advised that it was simply I was eating more of the speed foods / fat burners instead of just guessing at what was healthy and only eating a little of IYKWIM.

Any way - stuck to it and a fortnight later I'd lost not only that 4lb, but another 10lb. Stick with it MrsDoyle and you'll see the weight come off.
