i've just discovered warm chopped tomatoes on granary toast thanks to someone on this board and it is DELICIOUS. Almost as good as pizza and without the guilty feeling!
my favourite low fat dinner is chicken breast with extra light philadelphia inside, poached in the oven with rosemary and some red or yellow peppers.
Can anyone recommend some other great low fat snacks or meals? what's your favourite? I can't exercise at the moment so need to watch what i eat. after long battle to lose post baby weight (took well more than a year) i'm not keen to have to go on a huge diet again...
