I have managed to eat healthily for two -two paltry effing- days and I have just gone and stuffed it up by eating most of a packet of chocolate biscuits.

Why can't I stop comfort eating? It's getting beyond a joke.

Every day is a new day, try your best everyday to eat better and do a little exercise and before you know it the days turn into months and lots of weight loss .

Tomorrow is another day!

Just hop back on that wagon.

You haven't stuffed it up - its just a minor set back - not even that - just start again tomorrow - and don't buy any more biscuits - I can scoff a packet easily in a night and could get through a six pack of crisps in seconds - if it isn't in the house then there's no temptation.

you should all think about juicing. i have found this thread fab for inspiration and motivation.

i lost a stone in 3 weeks on it but you can do it long term and lose more weight that that. it isn't a diet it is a complete lifestyle change and way of thinking.

If you do it you need to go cold turkey. I have had two attempts. My first failed because I kept thinking one little bit of this wouldn't hurt in a whole day. My body was still used to me snacking on something and so was still craving and so i would give in and have something. On my second attempt I craved something for probably the first 3 days but this time I didn't give in. Then honestly after 3 days I didn't really crave anything at all. If I did I would eat a tiny bit of fruit instead. I found I actually started craving fruit and vegetables not crisps and chocolates. I made sure I kept all junk food out of sight and tried not to buy it. What little I did buy for DS was kept hidden away.
