Nooooo coz otherwise I end up sitting here glued to it and the only thing I exercise are my fingertips!

I want calorie counting, food / menu suggestions etc.

What I really want is a meal planner for a month's worth of food which will not total more than 1400 cals per day.

I did weight watchers online...it really worked lost about 2 stone...think was £9 a month.
