After having two boys in 18 months finally decided to do something bout my weight. Looking into joining a slimming club(just trying to arrange childcare) But in the meantime would like to buy an exercise video. i bought the jade goody one cos i liked the idea of the dancing. But the camera moved to much and i couldn't follow it. Does anyone know of a similar video which is easier to follow???
