Right I need your help, I have 3 weeks................

till I meet NM - he is someone I knew 12 years ago and have hooked up again with online recently - he is absolutely lovely we have been MSNing, chatting and texting a lot, and I am sure the weight will make NO difference to him whatsover The issue is mine and mine alone thanks to my insulting cheating ex!
However when he last saw me I was 12 years younger, a lot thinner (at least 3 stone) and much fitter and no kids ..... I fully intend to get naked so no advice about flattering clothes
DD2 is 1 and am just finishing BF - am 2 and half stone over pre preg weight, which was about a stone over my ideal ......
So I know I cant lose it all and dont want to - would just like to be that much more toned and fitter - have already cut out the crap and after weekend will get into low cal healthy eating - soooo what is the best exercise to try and tone up my jiggly bits (post section tum, and thighs mostly, think boobs are lost cause) ....heeeeeelllppppp

Best advice for a crash diet/weight loss is:-

Strict Healthy Diet - cereal/skimmed milk for breakfast, 3 portions of fruit for lunch and for dinner steamed veg, and a piece of chicken/fish and nothing else.

Exercise - RUN! As much as you can and then some more. Obviously you'll have to start out slow and at your own pace but within days you'll pick up speed and distance. If you want weight loss you need cardio and running works pretty much every muscle and burns cals really quickly!

Good luck although am sure he's a lovely guy who will be happy with you just the way you are!

Obviously having children might make it hard to just go for a run daily so what also burns cals really quick is Davina's work out DVD. The first one - it's brilliant.

would you be willing to juice? you could lose a stone, possibly more. some good motivation in this thread

If you do it you need to go cold turkey. I have had two attempts. My first failed because I kept thinking one little bit of this wouldn't hurt in a whole day. My body was still used to me snacking on something and so was still craving and so i would give in and have something. On my second attempt I craved something for probably the first 3 days but this time I didn't give in. Then honestly after 3 days I didn't really crave anything at all. If I did I would eat a tiny bit of fruit instead.

  • go for a good salon fake tan, get a pedicure,a manicure, get your hair done, eyebrows waxed and treat yourself to some fab sexy underwear and perfumes. trust me you will feel fabulous and because you feel so good you'll be gorgeous and glowing ,he wont be able to resist! also worth remembering men prefer women with curves, there is no bigger turn off than lying next to a bag of bones(according to my dh).dont worry too much about losing weight, concentrate on the quality of food you eat instead, only consume that will nourish you with vitamins and minerals to give you glowing skin and shiney hair-do this and you'll drop the pounds without even thinking, most of all enjoy yourself,you deserve some fun!

Adios natural slimming pills are really good, there is the MAX version which I used and got fast results. I found it cheaper on ebay.

Would also recommend doing other things to boost your confidence - ie. have your hair done, buy something new to wear - if you feel good about yourself then it will really come across.

Also worth remembering, when it's got to the stage where you've got your kit off - most men don't give a monkeys arse WHAT you look like! They don't see our flaws the same way we do.
