All that hard work and being good. Is it all going to unravel in one week?

I've lost 2 stone over the summer and stopped for December - have had alot of meals out and 'do's'. I recon I must have put on 1/2 stone at least, maybe more . Am planning to jump straight back into it supposibly 27th Dec but probably more like January 2nd. Would rather enjoy it all than be thinking, better not have that....

Yes I think I'm going to do the same Furball. It just seems such a shame.

Oh well, at least we know the drill afterwards...

Me too! I lost just short of 2 stone and was between a size 8 / 10 from a 14. Then I got this virus flu thing thats been going around. Gym has been totally out of the question and a month on I am still not totally well.

Not sure how much I have put on but I am determined to get back motivated and feel fit again. Still fitting into a 10 but with tyre that had gone before.

On a happy note I never thought it was possible to get that slim - was a 12 for years; so I know that I can do it.
