Anyone want to help me choose a diet to follow and do it with me in the new year?
I am preparing myself from now
I have been dieting on and off all year by myself (lost 2 stones). I could do with losing another 1-2 stones and want to follow a diet as am fed up of thinking of what food to have and dieting in general.
I thought about following the Rosemary Conley's kick start one. Any thoughts?
