help!

had ds2 in october, thought tummy was getting smaller but seems to be getting bigger again. i seem to spend a lot of time thinking bout food, can eat and eat (and mostly do) really want to lose weight but dont have the willpower to stop myself eating. read a really good bit of advice on another thread to think 'do i want to eat it more than i want to lose weight?' but the naughty side of my head replies with 'well just have this then be good' and so on

am 14 and half stone, ould love to be under 12

thanks

Hmmm. Don't feel I am in a great position to give advice as my solution to weight loss is eating everything I want and then wishing for some mysterious event which makes me a size 12 again. How come some people just seem to lose weight overnight and without months of dieting etc? Some people catch a bad cold and lose a stone because they are tired and not eating much. This NEVER happens to me. GRrrr.

Anyway, following the birth of DD I waited 3 months and then did weight watchers on line. It was really good for motivation as you have to fill in what you have eaten every day. I also lost 1.5 stone BUT it took 6 months. This is way longer than I would expect (and have previously experienced). Now I seem to have put it all back on again just by coming off the diet. I take lots of exercise and don't eat processed foods.

Wish I could donate layer of blubber to skinny people.
