any views on it? am intrested to give it a go, and just wondered if any one has tried it? I hear it's similar to atkins

I did it and yes, its very similar to the Atkins, the only real difference is that everything it is low-fat. So you cut all the fat off the meat, and low-fat cheeses etc. I did lose on it, but its not something I could do longterm and found that eventually the weight still crept back on. I would say good for a short-term fix but not for lifelong eating plan.

oh rihgt, that's a shame, I thought it changed the way your body processed food or something?

apparently Bill Clinton swears by it! my personal feeling is any diet which totally cuts out a whole food type ( such as carbs) can't be good for you.

well u r allowed carbs just 'good' carbs. it's like a low carb low fat diet.
