I have done WW points before, and have decided to act now and shift some weight.

Will pop into supermarekt (tescos probably) tomorrow for some stock cubes (love soup), what else could I get that's nice but low in points?

WW little tins of tuna are lovely for lunches. They are in Coronation dressing, tomato and herb etc.

Special K Berry Bliss is really nice too.

Good luck

I didn't do points so can't help you that much really, I did the core plan and lost 2 and a half stone from 25th jan to 27th june so it worked for me. I stuck to the list of free foods as much as I could and only used points for things I couldnt live without eg sugar in my tea (sweetners are yuck!) but I never counted my points and I exercised as much as i could fit it in. hth a bit but sorry i cant help with your list. I also can't be doing with faffing about with recipes just for me so I would either eat thge same as dc's eg shepheards pie (and have a small portion) or I would have a jacket potato and salad with beans or a ww meal and loads of veg or a salad, for lunch I'd have crackerbread with tuna/ seeds/ phillidelhia/ cucumber etc or soup with ryvita or scrambled eggs with tomato's and lean bacon.

The ww things I brought were snacks like the desert yogurts and cake bars/ choc bars.

Good Luck hope you stick with it and find your thinner self

I only have about 3 points left for tonight because I have eaten my Friday away! And of course I want some wine now!

LMG: Well done, you!

Sammy. you mentioned stock cubes? Apologies for being thick, but do you drink it as soup?

I see the Tesco fat free French Salad dressing is point free.

I also like a weekend breakfast of garlic mushrooms, grilled tomato, one or two eggs and toast. The Frylight stuff is good and free. The fake butter one stinks, though. The Olive Oil or Sunflower oil is better.

Sugar free jellies.
Veb Stir fry with soy sauce. Not sure what other sauces are low in points.

DH moaning cos he is tidying my stuff for him.. blah blah blah. I had his child for him, so he can tidy my stuff.

Well I make vegetable soup regularly for lunches with whatever is in season, veg, water and veg stock cube - it is zero points!

The kids love having it for lunch with brown toast soldiers.

I have frylite in anyway, will get some salad dressing too thanks

Yes pregnancy and labour does give you something to guilt him with.

i think if you tend to stick to fish, chicken and fruit and veg you will be safe, just avoid cheese and meat!

I've been to ww got my new plan (both old plans rehashed and renamed) and i lost a lb and am my goal weight again (did go up to 9.9 ) I went tonight thinking I would be 9.11 at least and was really panicking but then I got on and I'd lost a pound, was very shocked and pleased! (haven't been for 3 weeks) I nipped into my sisters on the way home to give her, her copy of the plan only for her to go mad at me about how she isn't doing it and will re-start in Jan I'm planning on enjoying myself over xmas but I'm not going to undo all my hardwork for the sake of eating a few more mincepies which i don't even like anyway!!
