After 18 months I have finally done it =
I've reached my WW target weight and I'm now a gold member! Yeah!
I've lost 62 1/2 pounds altogether. I'm so THRILLED! I'm still quite heavy, i.e. at the top of the allowed healthy weight range, and hopefully I'll lose a few more pounds. But for now I'm very pleased and very proud!

Thank you very much for all your kind messages!

I feel like a bit of a fraud, tbh, because it wasn't actually that hard to get here - the reason? I'm still breastfeeding dd2 and I seem to be one of the lucky ones where breastfeeding uses up lots of calories.

I did change my diet, very much so, but I also still had lots of treats and large dinners.
the main difference was that I don't eat cakes, biscuits, chocolate, butter or cheese anymore. As treats I have organic honeycake which I buy from Sainsbury's - it's virtually fat free and delicious. I also eat sweets, especially Parma Violets, but as they are fat free they're not too bad I think.

That's it, really. Oh, and I have discovered porridge - a very English thing, but brilliant! Fills me up so well, whereas I was always starving at 10 o'clock if I had two (!) large bowls of Special K in the morning.

Once again thanks to everybody!
