I put on weight since having my daughter (now 8months) and need to lose some or just tone up.
After the birth I did lose some weight by walking everywhere and everyday but now just find myself sitting around most of the time and really want to get out and be more active but not on my own!!!
I am a member of a gym but dont find myself going.
My goal is to (atleast) drop a dress size by christmas and tone up,
Anybody want to join me???
