Green Tea

Anyone using green tea to help detox/weight loss? I have been drinking it for a week and have noticed an increase in fluid loss.

The tea is really nice too and it has to be helpful to cut down my many many cups of daily coffee!!

Love to hear if anyone else has any thoughts on it.

How long do you brew it for?

Ags · 14/03/2005 22:57

I just use the teabags, bung it in the mug with boiling water for about a minute I guess. That is how I like it but you could do it for longer if you liked it stronger.

Don't know if this is right or not and if anyone knows differently, let me know.

Hi all
I have tryed them in the capsules, they are meant to increase motabalisim and help weight loss.
I think i would much prefer to try the drink as i think i drink far too much coffee!
Where do you buy it from and how long did it take for you to see any affect?

I drink the Tetleys Green Tea and the one with lemon tastes like drain water. The other de-caf one is much nicer

sweetmonkey · 06/05/2005 17:24
