Lost 0.5lb last week, but went away for long weekend and forgot to record it. Think I've gained at least 2lb because my friend fed me so well and as I went without hubby and kids I did no exercising at all. I slept in and read 2 books. It was great

Feel so great that I am full of motivation and fortitude. The kids are now off school so hopefully the weather will be good and we'll be out and about (lots of walking to make me slim please please please).

I have just had salmon steaks cooked in the oven in lemon juice and rosemary and they were lovely - just had them with some veg - sin free
Was off work on Friday and had a bad day - lack of routine but back on track now - hopefully - Got invite to a silver wedding at the end of June and would like to lose another half stone.
Is it next weekend clocks change? Look forward to the lighter nights so I can hopefully go walking. Hurt my foot again though (the one that I broke) - Had one of the boys I work with out on Thursday and he ran away from me - ran after him and my foot has been sore and swollen since
Anyone think of any exercise that wont put too much pressure on my foot?

Up another 4.25lbs this week

That's a stone ON in 15 days

And a net loss of nothing in the last 4 months

Really feel I should give up now, but if that can happen when I'm being really strict about what I'm eating, I daren't even think about what would happen if I eat any more than I do now.
