I love weightwatchers and have always have had good results, but, i've been getting rather bored of having to total points up etc. so I've decided to try something completely different.

I am going to do Paul McKennas system. I've read the book twice and it seems really good, I am also going to work it in with conjuction with some of Dr Gillian McKeiths ideas, ie, fruit smoothies for brekkie, lots of fresh fruit, veg, nuts and taking Milk Thistle & Agnus Castus, and also Spirulina daily.

Working all this in with not having diary, soya milk instead of cows and having wholewheat pasta and generally less processed food, followed up by at least 8 glasses of water a day.

What do you all think?

Katya,

All you have to do is follow these basic rules:

  1. Eat when you are hungry.
  2. Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
  3. Enjoy and savour every mouthful, don't rush.
  4. Stop when you think you are full.
