HI,i have lost 4 stone since xmas but am finding it very hard to keep it off.
Already 4 lbs has crept back on since August
Does any one have any words of wisdom for keeping it off?
I find im either having a diet day so being quite strict with myself or going at it hell for leather and eating everything in sight!
I want to try to enjoy everything in moderation but find it so hard.
