My dad has just given me his cos he never used it.

Am hoping it will help me tone up and lose a bit of weight.

Anyone else got one ??

Oh is that a No then ???

Have just done 10 minutes on it. Legs and arms are aching but i don't think it will do much to tone up my stomach.

is it the one whre you stand on footpads that are on long poles you hold at the top with your hands and they hang from a frame and you swing your legs back and forth?

my MIL has one and they are great! really good to get your overall fitness up and your CV rate, you can vary your stance and how you distribute the weight to tone up thighs and bum and stomach

is it like this?

I have one, it has a variety of uses...

It's great for hanging the washing on!! and it collects lots of dust!!!

Seriously though, it is good, I used to put it up in front of the tv and watch corrie!!
