OK. So I'm probably just stalling ..... but need to start losing weight and can't quite figure out which diet would be simplest to follow. Have two DC (aged 2.4 and 5 months) and am fairly flat out looking after them. Plus I like to eat roughly the same as my eldest one at breakfast and lunch.
In the past I've lost with WW points diet, but can't be bothered to point as am always being fed the odd grape/biscuit etc by son and its too tricky to work out!
My brain says just cut out the chocolate (I eat a scary amount!!)and snack less, but every day I seem to just over do it. Am still fully BF my LO but really need to do something as am starting to look pregnant again!!!
Sorry - long post! Any advice? Looking for diet ideas and any exercise DVD recommendations please!!!!
