Funnily enough, I ate 4 brazil nuts today too. Fortunately I don't go to WW, but I could do with losing a stone. 4 points sounds a lot. Is it because they're full of oil?

I read somewhere they are good for you I eat them all the time but not amy more.

It's got to be better for you than these yummy advocat liquer chocolates I found in Lidl today. And I wish I could stop at just 4 of those - how many WW points are they, I wonder?

If you eat an apple, it cancels them out. Thats what I heard....

I heard if you read through one of the WW cook books that also cancels them out.
