What is the India knight diet?

never heard of it,but willing to give it a go.

"Neris and India's Idiot-proof Diet" aka Pig to Twig. Google it and you will find they have their own website with forums. Book in paperback about £4 on amazon. It's a low carb diet, I haven't done it but did look at it.

I did it for about a month, the food is easy, however, I did go up and down, so decided that it wasn't for me. Back to Slimming world
