I cannot crawl back to Sheikhy's thread again, I have failed so many times.

I can't afford Weight Watchers though it has worked for me in the past.

Somebody please claim me and help me lose a stone?

oh no worries, thanks so much

I will give a couple of those a go; apart frm the leek and potato one - I've had a bad experience making a really vile leek and pot soup that I don't want to repeat

I'm starting tomorrow . I had the horridest melted cheese panini affair for lunch and I want to eat nice stuff with no fat in for at least a week now
