Anyone recommend a non patronising realistic effective exercise dvd??

Morning all.
Have just returned from dieticians having only lost 2 pounds this month. She was not impressed that I have stopped taking Reductil and the pill as we are trying for baby no.2!!! (Hooray its taken me a long time to make that leap of faith!)
Trouble is I am technically very large. I weigh 22 st 6. I have lost 2 stone so far but need to lose more. I don't look that huge as I am 5ft 10 but am too big obviously.
I would at least like to be under 20 stone before I get pregnant again.
I was similar size when I had ds but it was complicated birth etc and I am aware that being fat just makes things harder and more risky all round.
Anyone recommend any dvds at all???

Rosemary Conley? the beginner sections are do-able and you can build up to the next sections/add ons when you get used to it? (I am a devotee when I can be bothered and have 6 stone or so to lose)

or there was that Rebecca Wheatley one, I haven't used it, but it got good press when it came out.

good luck with TTC & the weight loss

Davina Power of 3 is excellent but tough at first.

Hi I know most people are going to think 'NO WAY!!' but my mum got bought the Jordan DVD and I used to do the exercise section everyday. The guy that does it is really easy to follow and as shes abit rubbish at it,it doesnt make you feel so bad!! Id recommend this as out of all the fitness DVDs Iv got it the only one I can stick to and you get great results.

Good Luck with everything :-) x

I have to agree with BabyTalk. I bought the Jordan one and its quite good. Plus listening to her crap on about nothing is very entertaining.
