Does anyone fancy doing a daily pedometer reading with me?

Hi, I have managed to rediscover my pedometer that DH bought me years ago and I finally got round to inputting my stride length so it can record my distance each day (it doesn't do steps though). Today I have worn it all day and I have walked 4.40 miles which is just under the recommnded 10,000 steps you aim for in a day (I think that's around 5 miles). It's fab as I didn't realise how many miles I actually do each day and it will hopefully keep me motivated to walk loads each day and get some pounds off too! Any walking buddies would be good so we can motivate each other, anyone interested?

Ok no-one is walking with me so I will just entertain myself

Today I have walked 4.21 miles which was pretty hard to clock up. I took DS for a 2 mile walk this morning, then up to the shops again later on and the rest was made up in the house just milling about. Pretty hard to try and reach 5 miles I think! Going to try to do that 2 mile walk every day at least then make up the rest by wandering about the house...

Are there any other pedometers or walking buddies out there?
