Does anyone know roughly how many calories are burned from a miles walk, fairly briskly pushing a pram?

....just so I know so I can then allow myself some nice desert tonight? I put on my pedometer today (1st time even though I've had it for about 3 years) and surprisingly my usual walk with DS was a mile

yu might have to walk a little further than a mile to earn pudding though
But you can burn 100 calories changing all the beds! Go..go...go!
