Exercises DVD - Any suggestions for one with good music but not too hard?

I need to lose some serious weight and having packed my youngest off to infants for the first time this morning I now have some time to do some real exercise.

I am looking for one that isn't too hard as I am probably horribly unfit but has some decent music. Not modern techno dance stuff or elevator music but maybe a bit of 70's/80's disco.

Any ideas of some good ones?

Hi,

you have prob already sorted one but thought I'd reply anyway :D

I bought Rosemary Conleys dvd (the one with Colleen Nolan) a few weeks ago and I love it. It not too difficult, and the music is great - infact it has the best music I've heard on an exercise dvd, stuff you can sing-along to.

I don't normally like Rosemary Conleys dvds - I find her annoying for some reason, but shes great on this one. Colleen has no input in the workout whatsoever - the only slightly annoying thing is the manic smiles the exercisers have in the background but apart from that its one of my favourites.

Hope that helps
