How will I survive a few days away in a B&B with lovely yummy cooked breakfasts? Mmmmm...

We have decided to go away for a few days from Sunday and will be staying in a B&B that is serving delicious fry ups for brekkie, yum! I started my 'healthy eating' and cutting out the crap plan on Monday there and it's been going well so far. I'd like it to continue but I know I'll just stuff myself at breakfast now while away and then we will be indoors with DS all night, normally I'd eat loads of choc and crisps at night if in this situation...

Any advice? Do you think I should just enjoy my time away and get my moneys worth from the B&B and start my healthy eating when I get back? Or do you think I should try to be good???

have boiled or poached egg, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms on brown toast. Ask how they do the bacon - they may grill it, cut the fat off and it'll be fine. Wouldn't have a sausage though a they can be fatty.

Poached egg on granary, sugar free muesli, grilled tomatoes and bacon. Lovely!
