I only want to get from size 12 to size ten, so I wanted to get from 9 5lb to 8 10, so not an enormous amount of weight. But can I do it?!!?!?
I have been making the right food choices, porridge, bananas, brown bread sandwiches, fruit, fish, loads of veg, snakcing on ryvita or satsumas or apples and carrot battons.....
