I am due to give birth in 2 weeks and before I got pregnant I had gone up to a size 16, I have told dp that I am determined to get back to a size 12 before xmas.... My plan is no butter, full fat milk, cheese, fizzy drinks, alchohol, chocolate, crisps, deep fried food, mash, fatty meats, white bread.
All I am going to eat is fruit, veg, lean meats, salads, boiled or plain jacket potatos, rice, pasta and wholemeal bread and drinking fruit jucies or water.
I have gym membership and will be going as often as possiable (whenever dp can have the dc's)
I will also be bf which helped me lose weight when I had ds.
Dp said if I can do it then he will buy me any dress for his works xmas do.
So do you think it is possiable and what tips have people got to help stick with it!
Oh and if any one wants to join in then great
