Exercising with a rebounder...

Have got quite excited by the idea - hate the gym, never have time, and although I've started cycling to work it's not really helping much at the moment.

Has anyone successfully used a rebounder to tone up/lose weight? Any recommendations for a brand? And do the legs always come off? I won't be able to leave it out/up as the dcs would be all over it constantly, so it will need to be easily packed away. Presumably they come with instructions, or do I need to buy a book?

there are foldable rebounders...but no idea how good they are....and well...the rebounder I had wasn't very good... but someone else might be able to recommend a make!
There are DVD's around with rebound exercises, so, that might be a good idea!
It gave me terrible calfpains...not sure if it was my tendens or what....but that was probably because I freestyled and the rebunder wasn't good, iykwim!
