SW RESTARTERS SEPT 08 IN HERE!

Anyone restarting SW about now, come and join me I need all the support I can get!

I lost a stone with SW in the last year but have been offplan since June and have put it back on again.

Hi MrsFluffle, I'm restarting on Monday once dcs are back to school. Might not be able to get to a class until the week following that so going to do it from the books I already have. Would like to lose about 10lbs.

hi there, I have about 3 stone to lose have already restarted this week and rejoining class next week.

Daft question so forgive me, is there anything to say you have to be x amount overweight to join up??
