When is OK to start excercising after having a baby ?

I thought you were advised to wait until after 6 week check if you'd had a c-section ? Surely it's OK to before this with a normal delivery

I think your menat to wait until your gp has checked you over,i know our local postnatal classes are all for 6 weeks post natal.
I suppose it depends on what exercise your planning to do and how well you feel.

Did do any of the stars any harm!

I like the it took 9 months to get in that shape you should take 9 months to get rid of it or in my case 5 years!!!!lol
