I am about to start the Scrivner detox programme...just need to get a few vitamins.
Has anyone got any top tips? How bad do you really feel in those first few days? Did you cut down on a few things before starting for real? For example, I drink quite a lot of coffee, I have cut it down by one cup a day at the moment, but should I try and reduce it a little more before starting?
If you haven't got any tips....do you fancy joining me and going through the headaches together?
