i want to know...
how do you get a gp referral
is it a meal plan or nutrional support or is it like slimfast but you order off the internet

how much if anything does it cost?
does it actually work and are you always hungry

i have tried looking at their site on net but cant work it out

Have you checked out the cambridge diet?
They are cheaper, produce the products for Lighter Life and have a larger range.
i checked out both and found the support from Cambridge was sooo much better.
if you want any more info, let me know!

she sells sea shells - i'm with mrsbick on this one, lighterlife is £60 plus a week, cambridge diet is around £35. it is a very low calorie meal replacement diet.

i don't know if you can get a referal from your gp, but you do need their permission for LL.

have a look at one of the many old threads on either cd or ll to get a clearer idea.
