Fitness DVD - any recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a fitness DVD to me please? I need something that lasts about 45 minutes so I can do it while the baby is asleep. I'm not going to pretend that I want something that will make me fitter/feel more healthy - quite simply I want something that will help me to lose weight!

I'm looking for something reasonably high intensity, as I was quite fit pre baby, and have been getting back into my running, but am struggling to get out of the house to go to the gym/running because of little Ff.

So, has anyone had any luck with a workout DVD? All recommendations gratefully received!

I can recommend Tae Bo. Its quite energetic - lots of punches and kicking. The one I have is 30mins.
Check out the reviews on Amazon.

Nell McAndrew and Davina McCalls are both very effective.
