Right, I am fat and I am fed up. I am a size heavier than when dd was born, and that wasn't exactly my best weight.
But I am also rather desperate to conceive no2 - what with having just had a miscarriage and being 42.
So how do I eat well and at the same time eat good stuff. I've been looking at the India/Nerys one but I'm not sure it's the right kind of thing to being doing right now. Or is it?
The other problem is that I really (I mean really) like food - I cook from scratch and eat well, so whatever I do has also got to be tasty.
Anyone been there and made this work?
