if u r do u adjust anything on the plan or just follow the plan as normal also has it mad ea differance to ur blood sugar levels if u r type 2 thanks

I used to be a consultant for slimming world and the advice we were told to give was to follow the plan as it is, unless you were given conflicting advice from your gp. Slimming world is good to follow if you are diabetic, but if you think there is anything you aren't supposed to be eating then leave it out or better still check with your gp - he/she should be familiar with SW because SW take GP referrals for overweight patients.

ok thanks thats what i thought i haven't been told not to eat anything just everything in moderation and on no medication yet as waiting for appointment to come for clinic thanks
