unlimited veg?

I'm trying to loose a bit of weight.....is it OK to eat unlimited veg?

I've just eaten a massive plate of stir fried veg (also had this yesterday)...no rice just the veg....is this Ok or should I be careful with my portion size?

Trying to loose 7kg of baby fat and it's starting to get me down ....willing to try anuthing if anyone has any ideas

I've always found the best way to lose weight is to eat more veg and cut down on protein and carbs, can be a bit boring though! I don't believe in all these complicated diets, I reckon it's the number of calories that count, so eat less and move more is my motto

i think try and cut carbs...
so have plenty of veg with some protein- chicken? but no potatoes, rice, bread
