SOMEBODY PLEASE GIVE ME A VIRTUAL KICK UP THE BACKSIDE...

Well here it is... I started my diet and did very well for 2 weeks, then my dad visited last week for a week and he loves to cook for an army and it all tasts sooooo nice. Well needless to say that the diet went out the window for that week. Thing is though he left on Sunday but the last 2 days I still haven't been able to motivate myself to go back to being a 'good girl'. Probably doesn't help that I'm full of flu as are dd and ds.

So please somebody tell me to pull myself together and throw all these chockies out and be good again!

Thank you

I can only sympathise.. I've lost a fair bit of weight the last two weeks and I've realised I reward myself with junk food! "Yay, I lost 4 pounds, let's eat... a packet of jammy dodgers!"

I need a kick too...

then again ... jammies are low fat also you can get kids packs so you don't feel so guilty eating the whole pack

In Coop they are twin packs for 69p...

I tend to eat the whole thing
