I'm on the Cambridge Diet,started today as going on holiday at weekend.I expect t lose 10lb this week(as thats what I normally lose the first week on this)

I'm on weighttogo, but have been doing it for 7 weeks and lost stone and a half before my hols..but it's not as quick as Cambridge. When's your holiday?
