Eating Less and Moving More than they currently do.
Am going to attempt this and am swapping my wine for orange juice/water.
Am going to list what I have had to eat/drink each day. See where i'm going wrong!
Today...
Breakfast was beans cheese and toast at lunch time inbetween I had a nice chocolate breakfast bar thing 3 cups of coffee and a mint hot chocolate.
Dinner was french bread and homemade vege lasangne.
Drink was water.
Moving more activity, was heaving mates shopping up the stairs and a game of tennis.
