wow, it does sound good. i've just started doing it myself. i mean, i've done other diets, such a slimming world, and I just can't face the thought of that again. I know those diets are easy, as it's all worked out, they tell you what you can have, and not have, you barely have to think about it!
I guess what I want is to literally be choosing what I eat, knowing the calories in it, roughly or precisely. It being entirely my choice. Makes me feel more in control than ever really. I feel very positive about loosing it.
THis website does sound like the exact tool I need to do what I am doing.
Batters, does it actually give you a diet laid out to follow, or is it really just a way to work out your calories?
