Really need to lose weight (7 weeks to holiday)and am trying to be good by cutting out snacking and generally watching what I'm eating- have joined the gym and was there tonight working really hard (honestly, lots of sweat!)however, it's Thursday night and I've got a cold bottle of wine in the fridge which I really fancy getting stuck into whilst watching Grey's Anatomy. I know I'm only setting myself back by having some but I find it hard to resist. Please help me decide ladies, what would you do? I will obey the majority vote
