How much do you allow for clothes when you weigh yourself?

I weigh myself 1st with no clothes (in privacy of own home NOT at my local weightwatchers meeting!) then put clothes on.

Am a lot bit OCD about it.

Generally clothes weigh about 2lb (unless its jeans and a big jumper)

And I'm always at least 2lb lighter in the morning.

i weigh myself in the bathroom, without clothes, after goning to the toilet, before having a drink, and i remove my hariband too.

mind you I dont have scales now and haven't for a good few years
